Thomas D. Bullock
Thomas D. Bullock is a founding partner of Bullock & Coffman, LLP. Mr. Bullock is a graduate of Wake Forest University and the University of Kentucky College of Law. He is licensed to practice in all courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Bullock focuses his practice in the areas of Complex Civil Litigation, Business Law, Business Litigation, Mediation, and Equine law.
Mr. Bullock is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National Trial Layers - Top 100 Trial Lawyers, The American Association for Justice, the Kentucky Justice Association, and the Fayette County Bar Association.
Mr. Bullock was selected by Governor Steve L. Beshear to serve as a Special Justice to the Supreme Court of Kentucky. He was also an Adjunct Professor of Business Negotiations at the University of Kentucky College of Law where he taught legal negotiations and tactics. Mr. Bullock has extensive litigation and negotiation experience, including several successful jury trials in his clients' favor.
