Thomas D. Bullock is a founding partner of Bullock & Coffman, LLP. Mr. Bullock is a graduate of Wake Forest University and the University of Kentucky College of Law. He is licensed to practice in all courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
